Christmas and New Year Opening Times
Delivery information
Please note there will be some changes to our usual delivery, customer care and lab testing schedule for the festive period. To ensure that you receive results within the time you need to, please review the information below.
Alongside our reduce operating hours, it's also important to consider increased volumes of parcels via courier services where unforeseen delays and issues may occur.
Order cut-off for Royal Mail deliveries: 2pm on the 21st December
Order cut-off for DPD deliveries: 2pm on the 23rd December
Customer care and dispatch opening hours
We are fully closed Saturday 25th-28th December.
During this time we will not be able to answer queries or provide travel certificates.
Our customer care team will be operating on reduced hours on Friday the 17th December for our staff Christmas party. They will also be operating on reduced hours across the Christmas period.

Covid PCR Tests
Covid PCR samples shouldn't be sent back after the 22nd December as Royal Mail have reduced collections and deliveries over the Christmas period.
You can drop your sample off to the lab by hand on the days where the lab is open as below. Sending back your sample outside of these days will result in the sample that is unable to be tested by the lab.
