August Bank Holiday Deliveries

Our usual delivery schedule and customer service hours will be reduced for the summer bank holiday - 30th August.

To avoid delays with receiving your tests and with results being returned to the lab for processing, please ensure that you order in plenty of time to account for the bank holiday weekend.

Our customer service team will be available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm as normal, before the bank holiday and 8am-4pm on Monday the 30th. Customer service will not be available on Saturday the 28th or Sunday the 29th as per our usual operating days.

Courier services such as DPD and Royal Mail returns will be operating on reduced hours throughout the bank holiday period. Please ensure that you check transit times and order in time to receive results when you need them.
